Sheet warehouse

The warehouse can provide sheet of each type and thickness: 3 to 300 mm, always ready to satisfy even the most imposing orders. The steel qualities are basic ones for structural use.

Sandblaster

By shot-peening for sheets, thickness max 400 mm.

Cutting Department

1 Plasma Cutting Plant L. 24000, divided into two cutting desks L. 12000, with one torch, cutting from thickness 03 to 20
1 Oxycutting Plant L.24000, divided into two cutting desks L. 12000, with four torches, cutting from thickness 21 to 300
2 Automatic Saws Plants, and 1 Manual Saw Plant

Pressing Department

When the quality of the material permits, this is carried out by flame processing which requires great experience and skill to heat the workpiece in the right place for the time necessary in order to obtain a great result.
This department has 2 plants from 200 tons (straightening).

This equipment allows work to be carried out on pieces of any dimension and type.

Folding Department

This department has 1 numerical control check of 500 tons, 1 numerical control check of 200 tons, and 1 numerical control check of 15 tons (sheet bending).

This equipment allows work to be carried out on any kind of sheet, of any dimension and scope.

Carpentry Tacking Department

“Accuracy” is the watchword of the department.

After building the prototype, depending on the criticality and engineering of the product, templates and masks are manufactured. The large workstations, all equipped with overhead cranes and banners, allow the process of any rating. This equipment allows work on any kind of sheet, of any dimension and scope.

Carpentry Welding Department

Welds are characterized by a clean and refined execution. A thorough work result obtained thanks to the ability of qualified and patented personnel, always in full compliance of the regulations in force. The department is equipped with a welding positioning device at two locations. Welds are made with Esab welding machines 500 A. The wide workstations, all equipped with overhead cranes and flags allow work of each rating.

Mechanical Working

It has a CNC machining dept. with trained and specialized personnel.

Upon completion, we also have other equipment available (lathes/drills).

This equipment allows us to work with items of large dimension. In all cases, we are able to provide supplies of various sizes, according to the specifications of the Customer.

Finishing Department

This department has 3 plants to smooth/deburr special sheets according to the type of construction (basting /welding).

These tools allow us to work on every kind, dimension and thickness of metal sheet

Test Department

In addition to the usual dimensional tests, on request, non-destructive checks are performed such as ultrasounds, magnetic particles and penetrant liquids, all of them certified by qualified personnel.

Contributors

Heat treatments, distension – normalization with oven – magnetoscopic checks performed by skilled personnel.

Sanding by liquid and blasting.

Anti-oil, is made both by oil and immersion.

Treatments of tanks.

Anti-rust paint spraying is carried out in cabins.

Enamel paint spraying is carried out in cabins.

Material is delivered all over Italy and internationally, without any structural obstacles derived from weight and volume.
